Review

I don't play many visual novels. I don't think there's anything wrong with them, I just personally don't find that kind of linear hands-off experience engaging as a game. This starts off as a typical visual novel, but as you play it goes way deeper than the anime cliches and linear story presented on the surface. It explores dark themes in a way I find a little messy, but I think there's a place for messy art. It affected me. If you play, go into it with the understanding that this is a horror game, and take the content warnings at the beginning seriously.
