Review

I have fond memories of finishing Eye of the Beholder. At the time, it was the longest and most "grown-up" RPG I had ever played. I've been meaning to go back to this one, but my attempt to play the original DOS version fizzled out due to no in-game map and no awesome Yuzo Koshiro "dungeon synth" soundtrack. I guess I'm going to have to revisit the Sega CD version, clunky controls and all. In the meantime, I'll err on the side of good vibes and rate the game based on my hazy childhood memory.
