Review

The gold standard by which I measure every sidescrolling platformer. The levels are short but packed with interesting geometry, enemies, obstacles and secrets to explore. The world feels enormous—making each world a different kingdom with its own distinct feature set thrills the imagination, drives you to see as much of these worlds as possible. The controls are perfect. The inventory system is brilliant. There is so very much stuff in this game, and almost all of it is good. My favorite game.
