It's not always easy to review games I finished once over a decade ago. The fact that I never replayed it doesn't necessarily mean it's bad, maybe I just got everything I needed from it. If I really can't recall how much I liked a game, I'll put a TBA in hopes of revisiting it someday, but sometimes I need to go with my gut. I remember thinking Braid was pretty good. I enjoyed the puzzles, and the meta narrative, while nothing groundbreaking, didn't bother me as much as it did other people. I don't like the character designs that much, but I find the environment art very pretty. It has a painterly impressionistic look that reminds me of Yoshi's Island, which is good. I think Jonathan Blow has said a lot of shitty things over the years, and I haven't enjoyed his later work, but I feel no ill will towards Braid.
