Did not finish Balatro. I heard a lot of good things about this game, and I had some android app store credit, so I thought this might be a good game to try on my phone. Unfortunately, this is the bad kind of "roguelike". The progression system shares a lot of DNA with Enter The Gungeon (another DNF) and The Binding of Isaac in that the basic loop is "lose over and over again until you (1) unlock the items powerful enough to win with, and (2) get lucky enough to find them." Unlike a game like Spelunky, there was never a moment where I lost and thought "okay, I understand what I did wrong, I need to try not to do that in the future." All I could really do is start a new game and hope I unlocked some cool items. The game is very cleverly designed to make me feel like I'm accomplishing something every time I play, even when I'm really not, so I could feel myself becoming addicted to the game and compelled to play more despite not really enjoying it. Therefore I'm calling it quits before I get trapped.

Did Not Finish The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. I intensely disliked this game when I attempted to play the N64 version years ago. I thought I'd give it another shot with the 3DS version. It didn't fix any of my problems with the game. As far as the story and worldbuilding goes, I think it's somewhat interesting, more interesting than A Link to the Past certainly. But OOT has one fatal flaw: the controls are terrible and it feels awful to play. Well, two fatal flaws, the constant whooping and yelping is also unbelievably grating. Okay three fatal flaws, some of the music is unlistenable. I gave it a fair shake, I made it to the part where you become adult Link, and I just hated it the more I played.

At 150 badges, I'm getting close to having a badge for every game that I've finished and remember well enough to comment on. There are plenty more games I've completed, but having finished them so long ago and only once, it's hard to give them a score without revisiting them. I don't see the point in adding a bunch of games that are just going to sit in limbo, so I'm going to focus on playing games for the moment. I'll be replaying old games to refresh my memory and finishing new ones. For aesthetic reasons, I'll be adding games in batches of 5. Since progress is slowing down, I'm creating this log page to track future updates.
